Refund Policy

You may initiate a return within 60 days of delivery. This gives you ample time to test your headphones in real-world conditions.

Items must be returned in original condition, with all included accessories and packaging. Products showing excessive wear, damage, or missing components may be subject to partial refunds.

Return shipping is free. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange collection based on your location.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Funds will be credited to your original payment method.

Prefer an exchange? Let us know when starting your return. Exchanges are fulfilled once the original item is received and inspected.
